The Warshat Audi warranty is a written document handed to you with the invoice, covering every part we fitted and its labour for 12 months from handover.
The document records the VIN, the part, the fitting date and the odometer reading — leaving no ambiguity at claim time.

What does the warranty cover and exclude?

How do you claim?
Call or WhatsApp with the invoice number and bring the car within 3 working days. We inspect it, and a covered fault is fixed at zero charge — part and labour.
